ABOUT

Kentucky Residential Referral Service
AN OPPORTUNITY FOR AGENTS TO EARN INCOME AFTER STEPPING AWAY FROM REAL ESTATE

Sometimes real estate agents choose to retire or follow a different career path. As an agent, you have invested time, energy and dollars into your real estate business, so it can be difficult to put your license in escrow (or allow it to lapse) and stop earning income from home sales.

You don’t have to!

Through the Kentucky Residential Referral Service (KRRS), you can still leverage income based on your prior investments. The referral-only KRRS program allows you to maintain a real estate license without incurring many of the fees required when you are actively selling. You are legally allowed to receive commissions on the sale of homes upon closing, if you have acted as a Referring KRRS Associate for the client.

Making the referral is the extent of your involvement. You are not engaged in any other part of the real estate transaction.

INCOME WITHOUT WORK!

All KRRS Associates receive a commission split of 70 percent.

Example: The referral fee to KRRS is 25 percent of the commission.
Assuming a 25 percent referral on a $122,000 sale, with a commission of 3 percent, $915 would be paid to KRRS. Then at a 70 percent split, you would receive $640.50—for simply making the referral!

As you can see by the above example, it takes only one referral that results in a closing to cover the cost of maintaining your license and to walk away with money in your pocket!
