Through the Kentucky Residential Referral Service (KRRS), you can still leverage income based on your prior investments. The referral-only KRRS program allows you to maintain a real estate license without incurring many of the fees required when you are actively selling. You are legally allowed to receive commissions on the sale of homes upon closing, if you have acted as a Referring KRRS
