Your license placed with us allows you the ability to receive a check for a Real Estate Transaction, whether you refer a buyer or a seller, either locally or nationally. |
You don’t pay Realtors® Dues or company fees. |

| Here is what you'll need...

| Your state license fee (which you pay while in escrow). | |

Independent contractor agreement (2 copies, keep one for yourself) |

A signed letter from you stating that you wish to place your license with the KRRS |

A check made payable to the KREC for $10.00 (transfer fee). If newly licensed, the check should be for $55.00. |
